Crafty Giveaway

I haven't run a giveaway on my blog for awhile, so I thought it's about time I do! This time I'm running a non-food giveaway. The great thing about blogging is that it has introduced me to so many new worlds so I thought I'd introduce you to one of my favourite non-GF bloggers that I follow http://e-eliseetc.blogspot.co.uk/. Erin is an incredibly talented jewellery maker, crafter and blogger and her blog is an incredible resource for creativity.

I approached Erin earlier last month, asking if she would be interested in donating some items for a giveaway and to my delight, she was! She has an amazing shop called Sawyer & Scout http://sawyerandscout.bigcartel.com/ where she creates the most unique pieces of jewellery amongst other crafty creations. It is a veritable treasure trove to browse through. I pretty much want one of everything! So, I thought it would be great to be able to offer a taste of what she makes to my readers.

Erin's inspiration behind creating Sawyer & Scout , in her own words:

"I was inspired to create Sawyer & Scout thanks to the encouragement and feedback on my craft/creative posts from fellow bloggers. I'd always enjoyed being creative and at the time I was working in a temporary admin job where I didn't get much chance to use my artistic skills so setting up an online shop was the perfect solution! It's now been a year since I have been working on Sawyer & Scout full time, it's been amazing to watch my little shop grow and it's great to be able to do something you enjoy everyday. As you can tell from some of the collections I have created a lot of my inspiration comes from two of my favourite things to do other than crafting; reading and watching films. I love hearing back from customers, it always makes me smile when I receive a lovely email or see a blog post about my shop, and that really inspires me to continue working hard!"
